Sizes are width × depth × height in centimetres. Prices are in rupees with GST and a natural oil finish. Pick a room or a wood to narrow the list.

    Walkway rule: keep 2.5 ft clear in front of every bed, sofa and jhoola, measured from the foot of the bed or the seat edge, and clear of other furniture (a coffee table may sit there). Keep the door swing free.

      Woods and finishes

      Two woods, four finishes.

      Every piece is solid wood, with no particle board or veneer on show. Wood is air-dried for a year, then kiln-dried, before it reaches the saw.

      Sheesham

      Indian rosewood. Dense and heavy, with dark streaks that differ from board to board. Our choice for beds, sofas, wardrobes and anything that carries weight.

      Mango wood

      Lighter in weight and colour, with a calm, even grain. A good choice for bedside tables, chairs, benches and bookcases, and a little kinder on the price.

      Teak finish

      A warm golden-brown polish on sheesham or mango. The wood underneath is not teak, and we say so on every bill. It costs the same as the natural oil finish.

      Finishes are hand-rubbed oil or melamine-free polish. Ask for a sample block at the showroom, because screens change colour.

      Mortise and tenon

      Bed rails, table legs and chair frames. The tongue is glued deep into the slot.

      Dovetail

      Drawer corners. The angled teeth lock, so the drawer front does not pull off.

      Tongue and groove

      Wardrobe panels and table tops. Boards float, so they swell and shrink without cracking.

      Made to order

      Your size, your wall.

      Any listed piece can be built in a size we do not stock, in either wood and any finish. A custom size costs 10% more than the listed price.

      1. Measure

        Bring your room plan from this page, or we visit within Jodhpur and measure for free.

      2. Drawing

        You get a dimensioned drawing in two days. Changes are free until you approve it.

      3. Build

        We ask for 30% in advance. The piece takes about 5 weeks from approval.

      4. Polish and deliver

        The finish cures for a week in the workshop. We deliver and assemble.

      Delivery and assembly

      At your door, fitted and levelled.

      Our own tempo and two fitters bring the piece up the stairs and put it together. Assembly is free everywhere we deliver in Rajasthan.
