Chemist open 7 am to 10:30 pm, every day
Medicines, tests and check-ups, on one counter.
A chemist’s shop with its own sample room and a doctor’s room at the back. Give blood before breakfast and read the report on your phone by seven that evening.
- Home collection from 6:30 am
- Same-day reports
- Since 1998

01 Under one roof
Three rooms, one door.
Most people come in for one thing and leave having done three. The counter, the sample room and the check-up room share one register, so nobody asks for your details twice.

The chemist counter
Prescription medicines, generics if you ask, and a pharmacist who reads the whole prescription before reaching for the shelf.
Refills and delivery ↓ ROOM 02
The sample room
Blood and urine tests, at the clinic or at your door from 6:30 in the morning. Most reports are ready the same evening.
Build a test slip ↓ ROOM 03
The check-up room
Blood pressure, sugar, ECG and full-body packages, with a doctor on the other side of the wall to explain the numbers.

The right strip, before it runs out.
Half our work is long-term medicine: blood pressure, sugar, thyroid. We keep a refill date for each regular customer, and we ring before the last tablet, not after.

- RxGenerics, if you want themWe tell you the generic for your medicine and what it saves. You decide; the doctor’s brand is always in stock too.
- 2–8°Kept cold, kept rightInsulin and vaccines stay in a monitored fridge, and the day’s temperature log hangs beside it for anyone to read.
- 4 kmAt your door by eveningFree delivery within 4 km on orders above ₹300. Order before 5 pm and it comes the same day.
- 30dA refill box every monthYour regular medicines, packed and double-checked on the same date each month. Change or pause it with one call.
Prescription medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription. We do not sell antibiotics or sleeping tablets without one.
When does my strip run out?
Count what is left, tell us the dose, and see the day to reorder.
Enter the number of tablets you have left.
03 The sample room
Build your test slip.
Search for what the doctor wrote, add it to the slip, and pick a time. The slip works out the price, whether you need to fast, and when the report will be ready.
Each cap tells the lab what is inside the tube and which tests it can run. Pick a tube to see what it is for.
These are the 24 tests people ask for most; the counter has the full list of 180. Reports come the same day by 7 pm unless a test says otherwise.
04 The check-up room
A check-up, once a year.
Four packages built from the same tests as the list above, so you can see exactly what is in each and what the bundle saves. Adding one puts it on your slip.

No appointment needed for these
Walk into the check-up room any time the chemist is open.
- Blood pressure checkFree
- Sugar by finger-prick, result in a minute₹30
- Weight, height and BMIFree
- ECG, read by the physician the same day₹250
- Nebulisation₹80
- Injection or dressing, with your prescription₹50
05 Behind the counter
Where your sample goes all day.
A report is only as good as the twelve hours before it. This is what happens between the needle and the message on your phone.

Collected
One needle, one try. Your name and a barcode go on the tube while you are still in the chair.
At the bench
Tubes are checked against the slip, then spun so the serum separates from the cells.
On the analyser
Control samples run first. If the controls are off, nothing of yours is run until they are right.
Read and signed
The pathologist reads every report. Anything far out of range is repeated before it is signed.
With you
A PDF on your phone and a printed copy at the counter. Urgent values get a phone call first.
06 Reports
Where is my report?
Every slip carries a sample number. Type it here to see which bench your tube has reached.

07 The doctor’s room
Someone to explain the numbers.
Five visiting doctors share the room at the back. No appointment: take a token at the counter and wait your turn. The list below knows what time it is in Indore.
Any report made here is explained free of charge on your next visit.08 From the lane
People who keep coming back.
We asked three regulars why they have not switched to an app.
I give the sample on my way to school and the report is on my phone before the last bell.
They rang to say my father’s refill was due. I live in another city. That call is why we stay.
He told me the generic cost a third as much and let me decide. Nobody had told me before.
Hitesh opened with one shelf, one fridge and a ledger of who took what. The sample room came in 2009 and the doctor’s room in 2016. The ledger is a computer now, but he still stands at the counter most evenings and still asks how your mother’s knee is.
09 Before you come
Asked at the counter daily.

Do I need to fast before my test?
Only for tests marked as fasting on the list, such as fasting sugar and the lipid profile. Water is fine. Tea, coffee and breakfast are not. Ask your doctor whether to take your morning medicines before or after the sample.
How do I get my report?
As a PDF on your phone and as a printed copy at the counter, whichever you prefer. You can follow the sample with the number on your slip in the meantime.
What does home collection cost?
₹60 within 4 km. It is free when your tests come to ₹800 or more, and it is included in the Sixty Plus package.
Do I need a prescription to buy medicine?
For prescription medicines, yes. A clear photo is enough to place an order, and we check the original when we deliver.
How can I pay?
Cash, UPI or card, at the counter or to the person who delivers. Nothing is charged before the sample is taken or the medicine is handed over.
Will someone explain my report to me?
Yes. The general physician goes through any report made here at no charge on your next visit. For anything urgent we call you before the report is sent.
